Overview
We designed a complete Admission & Registration Form for Syra Kidz Preschool with a focus on creating a professional, child-friendly and visually engaging school communication asset. The design follows the school’s vibrant brand identity, using playful colors, educational graphics and preschool imagery while maintaining a clean and organized structure. The cover was designed to create a strong first impression for parents, while the internal pages provide clearly structured sections for student information, parent profiles, contact details, sibling information, guardian details and other admission-related information. Special attention was given to readability, spacing, information hierarchy and print usability, ensuring that parents can easily understand and complete the form while the school administration can efficiently collect and manage admission information. The final design creates a consistent connection between school branding and functional print communication, helping Syra Kidz present a more professional and trustworthy image throughout the admission process.
